We offer a flexible schedule to complete an informative training on kidney disease. We believe that knowing why you do what you do is as equally important as doing what you do. These classes are instrumental in the quality of care of your kidney clients. Classes are designed to give your staff enough insight to answer basic questions pertaining to a kidney client. The manual provided will serve as a reference after class is completed. 

 Our one-on-one on-boarding sessions will prepare your staff to preform their duties with confidence. Preparation is the key to success in any area. Statistics show that when people feel prepared be it; a test, job, or public speaking, they do better when they feel prepared even if they're not. This will be a new territory for you and your staff. So, 1-on-1 on-boarding will prepare you as well as your staff to step into this new arena with assurance.

 We offer NP consults for clients who need additional help with their kidney clients. Our NP can help you with getting your questions answered, understanding the process of home dialysis, peritoneal dialysis and staff scheduling. NP consults are vital if you decide to add the new service to your list of services. The market is a growing and upcoming market. It is not idea but as healthcare providers we have to be prepared to extend services where they are needed. We are here to help you deliver the best care possible.  

 Our diet is an integral part of our health. This is no exception with those living with kidney disease. The meals patients eat are vital to their outcome. If a kidney patient eats too much or too little of a nutrient, it can cause poor outcomes. We have a trained renal dietitian. We are confident the training we will provide your nursing/care staff coupled with dietary consults will help improve patient care and prevent loss revenue. 

 We help you give the best care possible to one of the fastest growing population in healthcare. The elder population with a diagnose of chronic kidney disease. We provide your staff with the skills required to keep these patients out of the hospital. We teach them the basics of end stage kidney disease (ESKD). We educate them about access care, signs and symptoms to report.  We instruct them on how to care for the dialysis patient. Educating them on psychological and physical changes that are experienced by the dialysis patient. Our dietitian will assist with nutritional education. We teach your nurses a more detail course (medications, etc). All in an effort to improve patient outcomes to prevent hospitalizations. 

 The elder population with a diagnose of chronic kidney disease (CKD) make up 38% of those living with CKD. CKD leads to kidney failure. Kidney function declines with age and this also accounts for the growth. We provide your staff with the skills required to keep these patients out of the hospital. We teach them the basics of CKD and ESKD. We teach the importance of fluid restriction, care of access, monitoring of signs to report. We teach nutritional education because it is vital to maintaining quality numbers. We teach your nurses a more detail course (medication). Our dietitian will work one-on one with your dietary staff.
